| Dr. Abubaker completed his fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine in 2000. He was chief resident in Internal Medicine at Bridgeport Hospital. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He has published and presented several research papers in the American College of Rheumatology conferences. Roel N. Querubin, MD

| Dr. Querubin is a Board Certified Rheumatologist and completed his Rheumatology fellowship at the Emory University School of Medicine. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree and attended Medical School at the Medical College of Georgia from 1991-1995. He then completed a three year Internal Residency program at the Atlanta Medical Center in 1998. He has been practicing Rheumatology in the Atlanta area since completing his Rheumatology Fellowship in 2000. Dr. Querubin has published articles and research in several National Rheumatology Journals and has presented at National Medical Meetings. | Maria N. Onuorah is a Nationally Certified Nurse Practioner. She has over 17 years of experience in the areas of Rheumatology, Cardiology, Coronary Intensive Care, Elderly care and Home Health. Maria received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and children. Nancy Green, RN
| With degrees in nursing and health science from SUNY Farmingdale, Nancy brings over 20 years of health care experience and 15 years of research experience to Marietta Rheumatology and CSI. Her clinical experience includes oncology, cardiology, cardiovascular intensive care, rheumatology and chronic pain conditions. She enjoys working out, golf and spending time with her son. Research Info: In collaboration with CSI Research, Inc., Marietta Rheumatology participates in Phase II-IV clinical research trials. We focus on one thing: being the best at clinical trials in our area of expertise and quality patient care. That focus allows us through project management and reporting technology systems to deliver consistent, quality results that move investigational drugs through the development process quickly and efficiently.
